The Timberline Inn offers a range of accommodations suitable for a single traveler up to a large family.

The Timberline Inn sits across the road from Shadow Mountain Lake, and only a couple miles from Grand Lake, and the headwaters of the Colorado River. These incredibly picturesque lakes are nestled between several tall mountains. Numerous creeks feed the lakes, which are teeming with trout and other fish. Wildlife is everywhere, including fox, moose, bear, and many species of birds.

Room rates start as low as $50 per night.  We strive to keep the best rates for lodging in the entire Grand Lake area, and therefore require that reservations are paid in full at the time of booking.

You can click on "BOOK" to see exact nightly rates prior to making your reservation. There is a two or three night minimum during certain periods of the year so if you try booking a room for a single night it will show it as unavailable even if it is in fact available. If you wish to make a one night reservation, call the innkeeper to discuss options.
